This is a photoblog for Easter the Hedgehog. We are very proud of her and want to show her off. If you want to learn more about pet hedgehogs, please do a lot of research. They are very unique and wonderful and require care different than any other animal.

There are many trends in the pet world and sometimes a movie, cartoon, or book will inspire people to want hedgehogs as pets. This is not an animal that should be an impulse purchase because they have special needs beyond what a normal pocket pet requires and many shelters will not take them in.
